I just purchased, but can’t find my members login details?

Your login details have also been instantly emailed to you in your members welcome letter. 

Please check that the email is not stuck in spam or in your junk mail folder. When you do locate it, add the email address to your whitelist!

What is your returns procedure?

For digital orders, we have a 60 day money-back guarantee. For physical products, we accept returns up to sixty days of your purchase date. All returns must be posted to Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road, STE C, Lindon, UT 84042.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Digital orders are available immediately after payment is received, and are also sent via email to you. You may like to check your promotions folder to ensure your login details have not been emailed there. 

Physical purchases will be processed in three to five working days.

Your order will be sent with USPS and can take up to twenty one days and you will be sent a shipping notification once your package has been left the warehouse which will contain your tracking number.

What does it cost to ship my order?

For all US purchases the shipping and handling costs are $8.25, for all Canadian order $14 and international purchases $25.
